Agata Hejchman, Martyna Majda, Monika Malinowska, “Everyday”

The exhibition is the presentation of three people. What they have in common is interesting but diverse view on reality, their area of interest and personal connection.

All of them are the fifth year students in the Faculty of Graphics and Painting at the The Strzemiński Academy of Art in Łódź. They are studying photography in the Photography Studio I in the Department of Multimedia (their supervisors are professor Grzegorz Przyborek and assistant professor Dominika Sadowska).

In her paintings Agata Hejchman presents the everyday life based on some seemingly enigmatic and hard to notice moments, which having been put on paper, create the specific and atmospheric visions.

Martyna Majda, depicting the beauty of duality, tries to discover the link between humanity and environment. It goes together with the human existence far from natural life and is a part of it at the same time.

Monika Malinowska persistently, for a couple of years, has been creating her travel journals, documenting some personal cases and discoveries. By depicting it, she has got used to this close and unknown reality of her.
