You’re invited to attend the first exhibition of the festival that will open today in Wschodnia Gallery in Lodz. The exhibition by Tomasz Komorowski called Unnecessary will be shown in Wschodnia Gallery, Wschodnia Street 29/ 3.
The exhibition „Unnecessary” in an attempt to understand the fenomenon of getting rid of the archives full of family photographs. Tomasz Komorowski focuses on those photos which are UNNECESSARY, photos, which are held in suspension – they’re not connected to people whom they present, they belong to the category of forgotten and UNNECESSARY memories.
Next week, just before the official inauguration of the festival, we recommend seeing 7 exhibitions, which will open May 8 (Tuesday) and May 9 (Wednesday).
